Fed Finance is seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Director of Finance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Participate in decision-making and strategy development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and present financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial information and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead the consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecast process, driving business planning and strategy.
  • Manage the treasury function, ensuring effective cash flow management and liquidity.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly compliance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Supervise a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the year-end external audit, ensuring a smooth and successful process.

Requirements:

  • CPA title or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including extensive consolidation and reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to develop financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, templates, and models.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in managing a team.
  • Experience with system implementation, process improvement, and change management.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting software.
