About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Star Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the growth and development of team members
  • Business Partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
