Job Summary

Culligan of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water treatment equipment for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain water treatment equipment, including residential and light commercial systems.
  • Site Pre-Inspections: Conduct site pre-inspections for residential equipment installations to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by collecting payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate company vehicles in accordance with established safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in both official languages of Canada (English and French) is a must.
  • Technical Experience: Plumbing and/or service technician experience is required.
  • Good Mechanical Aptitude: Possess good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driver's abstract.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
