Culligan of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water treatment equipment for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain water treatment equipment, including residential and light commercial systems.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Site Pre-Inspections: Conduct site pre-inspections to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Payment and Documentation: Collect payment and obtain required signatures at the time of installation or service.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate company vehicles in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both official languages (English and French) is a must.
- Technical Experience: Plumbing and/or service technician experience is required.
- Good Mechanical Aptitude: Possess good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driver's abstract.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Lifting and Moving: May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
