Job Title: Wellness Nurse RN

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Nurse RN to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Wellness Nurse RN is responsible for promoting the overall well-being of our residents. This includes conducting regular wellness visits, assessing and documenting resident health status, and collaborating with the Resident Care Director to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular wellness visits to assess resident health status and identify potential health risks.
  • Document resident health information and communicate with the Resident Care Director to develop and implement care plans.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure that resident care needs are met and that care plans are implemented effectively.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health and wellness topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
