Job Summary

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Nurse RN to join our team. As a Wellness Nurse RN, you will be responsible for promoting the overall well-being of our residents, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met, and providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular wellness visits for residents to assess their health and wellness needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to the Resident Care Director and other relevant staff.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health and wellness topics.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
  • Current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
