Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Services Coordinator to join our team at ILSC Education Group. As a key member of our student services team, you will provide administrative support to current and future students, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to students, including creating reports, preparing transcripts, and coordinating graduation ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support finance and accounting tasks, including scanning invoices and collecting payments.
  • Assist with student advising, including supporting students with enrolments, guidance on study plans, and answering questions or concerns.
  • Manage ILSC and Greystone College administrative email accounts and provide front desk student/customer support.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • Bilingual/Native Fluency – English & Portuguese
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presenting skills
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable
  • Outgoing and calm under pressure
  • Customer service-oriented
  • A self-starter who works well individually and in groups
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience in student services/administration, preferably in an international environment
