Job Title: ILSC Activity Leader

ILSC Education Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activity Leader to join our team at ILSC Vancouver Junior Winter Camp. As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and culturally enriching experience for our students.

Job Summary:

The Activity Leader will work on a full-time basis, supervising students during activities and excursions, ensuring their health and safety, welfare, and discipline at all times. You will also be responsible for greeting students at the airport, assisting with student orientation, and completing attendance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during activities and excursions, ensuring their health and safety, welfare, and discipline at all times.
  • Greet students at the airport and assist with their transportation to their homestay.
  • Assist with student orientation, including leading initial 'getting to know you' activities and assisting students with public transit cards and SIM cards.
  • Complete attendance reports and advise the Junior Camp management team of any absences, lateness, or behavioral issues.
  • Assist the National Director of Juniors, agents, and accreditation inspectors in the observation and evaluation of activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with teenagers in a camp or extra-curricular activity environment.
  • Background in winter sports and social media.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and motivational skills.
  • CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (desirable).
  • English language proficiency (Spanish or Portuguese is an asset).
