Job Summary:

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to seniors in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Travel to specified retirement homes and provide physiotherapy services to patients in their homes.
  • Manage a fluctuating caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized university physiotherapy degree program.
  • Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Preferably experienced in long-term care or other seniors' care settings.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check.
