Physiotherapist - Senior Wellness Specialist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to seniors in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants, to provide comprehensive care.
- Travel to specified retirement homes and provide physiotherapy services to residents.
- Manage a fluctuating caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
- Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
- Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- Preferably experienced within LTC or another seniors' care setting.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check.
