About the Role

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Senior Physiotherapy Professional, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to seniors in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat seniors with a range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Travel to specified retirement homes and community centers to provide physiotherapy services.
  • Manage a fluctuating caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
  • Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Preferably experienced in long-term care or other seniors' care settings.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check.
