Your Role:
  • Oversee work according to set priorities and the company's requirements
  • Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager's directions
  • Supervise the replenishment process
  • Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives. Be aware of current trends and competitors to help develop effective marketing strategies
  • Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
  • Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met
  • Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What We're Looking For:
  • 5 years experience in personnel management
  • Experience managing a retail business
  • Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills
