Family Law Paralegal Position in a Boutique Law Firm in Vancouver

Our client, a renowned boutique law firm in British Columbia, is seeking a highly skilled Family Paralegal to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and opposing counsel to collect, review, and produce documents.
- Draft routine correspondence and pleadings, including form F8 Financial Statements, affidavits, notices of application, and lists of documents.
- Review and prepare transcript summaries and assist lawyers with trial preparations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary LAA and/or paralegal program or equivalent experience.
- Thorough knowledge of BC Supreme Court Rules, court practices, and procedures, as well as filing deadlines.
- Expertise in Family Law Act and related legislation.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in file organization and time management.
