About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for performing merchandising tasks at two retail stores, maintaining sections, and ensuring the dead plants are removed. You will also address any out-of-stock issues, clean our sections, water the plants and flowers, and submit daily visit reports.

Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at two retail stores
  • Maintain sections, including restocking and ensuring dead plants are removed
  • Address any out-of-stock issues
  • Clean our sections, including dusting display fixtures
  • Water the plants and flowers
  • Submit daily visit reports
  • Visit the store twice a week
  • Create and maintain a good relationship with the store manager
  • Remove any dead leaves or blooms
  • Remove any unsalable product
  • Take photos of the display

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Previous merchandising experience is an asset
  • Have a smartphone and access to the internet
  • Home location preferably located within 10 KM of our retail store
