Job Title: Sales Merchandising Specialist - Flowers

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising flowers and plants at two retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform merchandising tasks at two retail stores, including restocking and maintaining sections.
  • Address out-of-stock issues and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Clean and dust display fixtures and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Water and care for plants and flowers, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing.
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Have a smartphone and access to the internet.
  • Home location preferably within 10 KM of the retail store.
