Job Description: Retail Sales Merchandiser - Part Time

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in representing Ferrero Canada products at major retail locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product displays and ensure Planogram compliance at assigned retail stores.
  • Promote sales and brand awareness through engaging customer interactions and product demonstrations.
  • Handle product returns, maintain inventory levels, and ensure product freshness.
  • Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and merchandising strategies.
  • Prepare accurate reports and timesheets to track performance and sales data.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required due to the nature of the role.
