Business Developer Role

As a Business Developer at Seronda Networks, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and helping expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through meetings, networking, and research.
  • Develop proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of partnering with Seronda Networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
