Your contributions will help shape the Fitness World culture, reflecting our core values: fun, passionate, inclusive, and teamwork. You will be personally invested in the club's success, making informed decisions that benefit our members and team. Your responsibilities will include achieving financial results, member retention, and satisfaction, as well as executing company policies, procedures, and programs.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 total compensation annually, variable on bonus amount achieved.
