Pizzatto's is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure data integrity.
