Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Caretaker to join our team at Almac Motor Hotel.

This is a permanent position that requires minimal supervision, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel maintenance.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

Additional responsibilities include supervising other workers, moving heavy furniture and equipment, and performing safety and security checks.

In this role, you will work closely with contractors to ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed promptly.

The successful candidate must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and comfortable working at heights.

A strong work ethic, dependability, initiative, and good judgement are essential for success in this role.

As a Building Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our hotel.
