Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. As a key member of our team, you will develop features that enable buyer persona development, onboarding, and customer enablement, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing success for our users.
Responsibilities- Conduct extensive research to understand the motivations, pain points, and behaviors of healthcare providers, patients, and pharma commercial teams
- Develop features that support hyper-personalized engagement strategies by integrating behavioral, demographic, and account-level data
- Assist with the overall product strategy and roadmap, implementing solutions that help pharma commercial teams execute effective omnichannel strategies
- Translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions, leveraging your strong understanding of data management and automation
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product decision-making
- Experience working as a Product Manager of marketing products or similar experience in a fast-paced technology/SaaS startup environment
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies, particularly in commercial pharma
- $120,000 - $160,000 per year
