Job Opportunity:

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Associate. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with advisors to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
