Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position that requires a high level of technical knowledge and hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade and possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Our team works on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial installations, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Install, assemble, and test HVAC components, ensuring precise measurements and safe handling practices.
  • Care for customer relationships by providing excellent communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain records and documentation as required, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or certificate in HVAC technology, supplemented by at least 3 years of direct work experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and CSA standards for electrical and mechanical safety.
  • Proficiency in computerized monitoring systems and energy management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Familiarity with green energy principles and sustainable building practices.
