Job Title: Office Manager

Biznes Financial Services Inc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing the inventory, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with the team, including regular meetings and updates.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Office, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Working Hours:

The working hours are 32 hours per week.
