Organize and Coordinate Tasks

Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met.

Lead Operational Logistics

Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all aspects of logistics are running smoothly.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Resolve Work Problems

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Train and Develop Team Members

Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting expectations.

Coordinate and Review Work

Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Language

Fluency in Spanish; Castilian is an asset.

Work Setting

Experience working in transportation and warehouse environments is required.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.

Experience
