Make-up Artist - Part-time - MAC Store

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Make-up Artist to join our team at MAC Store. As a Make-up Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized in-store experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $17.50 - $28.15 (dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
