Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our food service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine optimal staffing levels and ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our food service department is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Balance Cash and Complete Financial Reports: Manage our cash handling procedures and prepare financial reports to ensure that our department is operating within budget.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
