Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations
Monitor and assess the performance of our food service team to ensure that we are meeting our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency goals.
Monitor Revenues and Labour CostsTrack and analyze our revenue and labour cost data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize our operations.
Supervise and Train StaffLead and develop a high-performing team of food service staff, providing coaching and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
Balance Cash and Complete Financial ReportsManage our cash handling and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are FollowedEnsure that our food service operations are in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Address Customer Complaints and ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Work TermPermanent.
Hours35 hours per week.
