- Talent Development: Implement learning and development initiatives that enhance employees' skills, capabilities, and career growth within the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring clear goal setting, regular feedback, and fair evaluations.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture.
- HR Compliance: Ensure the organization's policies and procedures comply with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field of study from a recognized learning institution.
- Certifications, Licenses, Designations: Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
- Experience: Eight years plus (8+) successful experience working as an HR practitioner with a broad range of significant HR responsibilities.
- Technical Competencies / Skills: Skilled use of MS Office and related technologies.
- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make presentations and develop training programs.
