Job Overview

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing cash register functions, and portraying a professional and engaging manner at all times.
  • Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and adhering to safety regulations.
