Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring a clean and safe store environment, and maintaining store displays and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and knowing and abiding by all safety regulations.
