Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration preferred.
