Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Job Description:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the overall performance of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of up to 20 employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production;
  • Managing inventory levels, controlling expenses, and optimizing labor schedules to maximize profitability;
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and financial statements, including balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, adhering to company policies, and promoting a positive work environment;
  • Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, participating in marketing plans, and addressing customer complaints or concerns;
  • Providing customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction;
Requirements:

To be successful as a Restaurant Operations Manager at McDonald's Restaurants, you will need:

  • A strong background in food service management, preferably with experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources;
  • Familiarity with electronic cash registers, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and point-of-sale systems;
  • A combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a fast-paced and efficient work environment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers;
