Job Summary

As a Project Leader at Fraser Health, you will play a crucial role in driving the planning, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable analytical and related technology solutions for assigned programs/services. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient and effective execution of initiatives while aligning with provincial, Fraser Health, and program objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Complex Change Initiatives: Develop and implement new or redesigned services/programs to support operational improvement priorities while ensuring alignment with other program operations and evidence-based practice protocols.
Project Management Expertise: Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables; execute plans according to project methodologies ensuring completion and coordination of assigned initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate consensus with stakeholders as required and ensure new or redesigned programs are ready for implementation.
Change Management Specialist: Provide coordination and project management within a change management and program/service context, functioning as a strategic resource for the management team to ensure optimal structure, design, and implementation of changes.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business or a healthcare discipline
• Seven to ten years' recent, related progressively responsible leadership experience, including related experience in project and change management
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
• Demonstrated leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous

Competencies:
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles, methods, and tools
• Demonstrated ability to apply project management and/or quality improvement methodology
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills and evaluation methodology
• Ability to develop and maintain rapport and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to promote the transfer of knowledge derived from organizational and provincial collaborations into clinical improvement activities for CAADSI and support the spread of improvement efforts throughout Fraser Health. The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar positions in British Columbia.
