About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Concrete Forms Specialist to join our team at Limen Form Work Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
Work Environment

As a Carpenter - Concrete Forms Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. You will be required to work in a noisy and dusty environment.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry and concrete forms construction.
  • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Judgement and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
