About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Concrete Forms Specialist to join our team at Limen Form Work Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality concrete forms for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and layout concrete forms in accordance with building codes and specifications, using measuring tools and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create concrete forms.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure structural integrity and safety.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
  • Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 people to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry and concrete forms construction.
  • Accurate and efficient in your work practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliable and judgemental in decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a large workload.
