Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and clients with insurance quotations, marketing assistance, and in-force policy servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials for EPS meetings with prospects and clients, including insurance applications, internal point of sale documentation, illustrations, and concepts.
  • Prepare quotations on various insurance products.
  • Ensure new applications are processed in our internal system and sent to the carrier.
  • Manage pending cases and take appropriate actions to oversee completion.
  • Develop relationships with partnering life company wholesalers, case coordinators, and underwriters to ensure efficient business handling.
  • Support and maintain an Inforce Service program.
  • Provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role within the industry.
  • Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Experience with meeting tight deadlines and setting priorities; ability to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Life Insurance Licensed, LLQP.
