Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.
As an IT Project Manager at Element Fleet Management, you will play a critical role in delivering value to clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Qualifications
Experienced with resource management and vendor management?
Able to work closely with other members of the IT team to define and implement enterprise strategy and operational plans that deliver best in class technology products and services?
What You'll Do
• Actively lead Element capital project initiatives through the initiation, planning, development, and deployment phases of the SDLC.
• Partner with members of the IT and business organizations to evaluate, prioritize, and execute projects in support of business strategies.
• Direct a project team and establish and execute project management best practices resulting in the consistent delivery on-time, on-budget initiatives that provide measurable value to Element and its clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is required.
3 - 6 years progressive experience in the project management field.
Expert knowledge in the discipline of project management including related best practices, development lifecycles, and supporting tools.
Experience managing projects leveraging frameworks from Waterfall to Agile.
