Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at PointClickCare. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage customer implementations in a Professional Services environment, ensuring successful attainment of project objectives.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project, thoroughly understanding their business and technical needs.
- Project Planning: Perform project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources, identify scope, create project plans, and manage, monitor, and control multiple externally facing customer implementations.
- Team Management: Manage the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans, ensuring effective transition to support upon project close.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor and report on project progress, problems, and recommended solutions to the customer, identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal methods.
- Team Development: Foster continued growth of the team's project management capabilities, improving knowledge and experience within the PMO.
Requirements:
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management at a skilled level.
- PointClickCare Knowledge: Previous experience with PointClickCare is an asset, but not required. Previous experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) would be great.
- PMP Designation: PMP designation is an asset.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to negotiate with and influence others to drive successful project outcomes.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, internal customers, and external customers.
- Attention to Detail: An attention to detail and a passion to achieve quality outcomes is critical.
- Self-Management: Ability to self-manage, and monitor and track key performance indicators.
Compensation: The Canada base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $94,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits.
