As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our vehicle operators, crews, and equipment. Your primary focus will be on dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders, while also providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our vehicle operators to advise them of traffic and other problems, and assist with the maintenance of our communications equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, as well as scheduling assignments and coordinating activities. If you have a strong background in transportation operations and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
* Provide customer service
* Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
* Assist with maintenance of communications equipment
* Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience an asset

**Work Environment:**

* 35 hours per week
