Taxi Dispatcher Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Taxi Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Sherwood Park Taxi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general office duties, including maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assist with maintenance of communications equipment and follow up on issues with work orders.
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and schedule assignments to optimize vehicle utilization.
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls and provide updates on their transportation needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in transportation or customer service.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
