Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a variety of financial and non-financial transactions for members within established guidelines.
  • Provide sales and service expertise to inform members of new products and services, and changes to existing products and services.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide members with access to safety deposit boxes.
  • Perform end-of-day processing and balancing in a timely manner, as per established procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A secondary school diploma with academic emphasis, or 1 year post-secondary education.
  • Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales and service position.
  • Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm and proficiency with Windows products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel applications.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to each member's request and concern.
