Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, processing financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of financial and non-financial transactions for members within established guidelines.
  • Provide sales and service expertise to inform members of new products and services.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide assistance to members.
  • Provide members with access to safety deposit boxes.
  • Perform end-of-day processing and balancing in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis.
  • 1 year post-secondary education.
  • Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales and service position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm and proficiency with Windows products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.

Hourly Wage Range

$24.80 to $29.32
