We are seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of financial and non-financial transactions for members within established guidelines.
- Provide sales and service expertise to inform members of new products and services.
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide support to members.
- Provide members with access to safety deposit boxes.
- Perform end-of-day processing and balancing in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis.
- 1 year post-secondary education.
- Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales and service position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm and proficiency with Windows products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
