Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team at Minor Hotels Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with department managers, and ensuring efficient stock control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Collect and analyze stock reports from various departments, and prepare consolidated reports for Food, Beverage, and General Store items.
  2. Stock Control: Collaborate with Operating Managers to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring efficient department operations.
  3. Inventory Optimization: Review and adjust inventory par levels to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing waste and excess inventory.
  4. Supply Chain Coordination: Establish and maintain efficient systems for receiving, checking, recording, and issuing stocks.
  5. Stock Audits: Supervise monthly stock takes and oversee the Receiving, Store function, and perform stock audits.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular Food and Beverage cost reports, and perform food over reporting, checking, and discussing with the Chef.
  7. Consignment Stock Management: Handle and control consignment stock and movement.
  8. Special Projects: Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant and Banquet operation
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
