We are a fast-growing tech company headquartered in the Waterloo Region, revolutionizing the way ISPs and Smart Home companies handle technical support globally. Our platform empowers technical support teams to efficiently resolve customer issues, providing a cutting-edge approach for network diagnostics.
As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers while delivering exceptional end-to-end experiences. This role involves working closely with a team of professionals to continually improve sales processes, increase market penetration, and meet quarterly targets.
You will articulate our vision and value proposition to prospective clients, develop outreach strategies for target accounts, and execute them effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Effectively navigating external organizations, securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
- Managing multiple enterprise solution sales with a 3-12 month purchasing cycle
- Tracking opportunity and customer details, including use cases, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot
- Working with marketing and product teams to provide feedback based on customer interactions
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in B2B software or SaaS, preferably with experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of delivering $100,000+ deals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starting environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Validated quota achievement (top 10% in their company)
