We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Solution Sales Manager to join our team at RouteThis, a fast-growing tech company revolutionizing the way ISPs and Smart Home companies handle technical support. Based in the Waterloo Region, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

This role involves articulating the RouteThis vision and value proposition to prospective clients, helping develop outreach strategies, and executing against them to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals. You will navigate external organizations, manage multiple enterprise solution sales, track opportunity and customer details, and work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and drive results.

Our ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B software sales, preferably with experience selling to VP and C-level executives. They possess superior written and verbal communication skills, consistently deliver on 6-figure deals, and thrive in a fast-paced, self-starting environment. The successful candidate will be a validated quota achiever, able to prioritize time efficiently, and have experience working with multiple team members to drive business outcomes.
