Job Title: Security Manager

Virtus Professional Services LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, hiring and training staff, and preparing reports for management committees.

Work Setting

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and private security agency settings. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing events, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Manage events
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Requirements
  • 16-20 people under supervision
  • CPR Certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Confidential security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Driver's validity licence check
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience
  • Security and safety experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
  • Willing to travel
  • Own vehicle
