Job Title: Site Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at one of our hospital sites in Vancouver. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of Security Officers to ensure the site's security operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the site's safety and security.
- Conduct regular site patrols and desk duty to ensure the site is secure and to respond to any incidents or emergencies.
- Investigate and document incidents and situations, and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and secure operation.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the site's security operations are running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the security industry.
- Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 2 certificate and willingness to complete re-certification as required.
- Working knowledge of general OH&S standards and requirements.
- Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate and problem solve.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, and professionalism.
- Ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
