At Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of sales representatives. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
